Through our comprehensive mentoring programs, we provide children in our partner institutions with the emotional intelligence and critical life skills they need to thrive. We offer personalized guidance, interactive workshops, and ongoing support, equipping them to overcome challenges and become confident, compassionate individuals.
We Find & Fund
We identify ‘homes’ and fund the entire process of mentoring the children in these homes in Emotional Intelligence and critical life skills.
We Educate
Using a structured curriculum complete with pre- and post-assessments to identify core needs areas, we mentor and equip these children for life.
We Provide Care
With the help of our trained EQForce, we ensure that the emotional needs of these children are met and that they are truly ‘at home’ in in our EQHomes.
We Consult & Train
We provide consultation & training for educators, mentors, and institutions that work with teenagers and help them learn best practices for working with these teenagers.
We Institute EQClubs
Through our EQForce, we institute neighbourhood EQ learning centres called EQClubs in the grassroots across cities to make EQ accessible to every teenager.
We Connect
Through our annual conferences and regional and community events, we connect with our EQHomes and EQForce, and we provide a community and network of support for them.
